The College is governed by an active Council consisting of parents who work with the Principal, elected staff and student representatives to oversee implementation of the school’s strategic plan.

Balmoral Community College has a very active Student Representative Council which is made up volunteers from across the school. A teacher is given responsibility for overseeing its operation.

Balmoral Community College has a very active Parents’ and Friends Association. Support is provided to the College in a number of ways including: financial support to purchase equipment to be used by students and staff; organising and supporting Working Bees held throughout the College precinct to repair, maintain and beautify our surroundings and supporting educational programs through the donations of prizes and awards.
